1. General
By placing an order with BNS (nasmiyashabnam.com), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Orders
- All orders are processed once full payment is received.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or altered.
- Custom orders require additional production time (see delivery timelines below).
3. No Return & No Refund Policy
- We operate on a No Returns & No Refunds policy for all purchases.
- Please ensure you carefully review product details, sizing, and descriptions before placing an order.
4. Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, you must submit a claim within 3 days of receiving the order.
To process the claim, please email us with:
- Clear photos of the product and the damage
- A screenshot of the invoice
- Payment details
- Your order number
After reviewing the claim, we will assess the doability of the situation. Based on our evaluation, a replacement or refund may be offered, strictly at our discretion.
Claims submitted after the 3-day window will not be eligible for review.
5. Delivery Timelines
Standard Orders
- Local UAE deliveries: Minimum 10 days
- International deliveries: Approximately 3 weeks
Custom Orders
- Local UAE deliveries: Approximately 14 days
- International deliveries: Approximately 1 month
Please note:
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on logistics, customs, or unforeseen delays.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or customs processes.
6. Product Color & Variation
Due to lighting, screen settings, and fabric variations, slight differences in color or texture may occur. These are not considered defects.
